Where to pre-order, ranked

The big box question: Amazon, Walmart, Target, GameStop

• Amazon: expect marketplace listings around release, at marketplace prices. Check them against the live tracker before paying.
• Walmart and Target: mass retail shelf space typically comes after a set proves itself, not at launch. Given the pre-order numbers, do not be shocked if it happens eventually. It will not help you in July.
• GameStop: same story, watch for it post-launch.
